4.3 Add, Delete, Modify and Query

4.3.1 Creating New Files and Folders
1. Create a New Folder To create a new folder, click the "New Folder" button. A folder will be created in the current directory with the default name "New Folder". The cursor will automatically focus on the folder name, allowing for immediate renaming. Click outside the folder name area to save the new name.
2. Create a New File Click the dropdown menu next to the "New Folder" button and select the desired file format to create a new file in that format.
4.3.2 Renaming Files and Folders
1. Rename via Right-Click or Toolbar Select a file or folder, then right-click and choose "Rename" from the context menu, or use the rename option in the toolbar. You can also use the F2 shortcut key to rename (some browsers may require you to release the shortcut key).
2. Rename in List Mode In List Mode, double-click on the file or folder name to initiate renaming.
4.3.3 Moving and Copying Files
1. Mouse Operations Select the file to move or copy. Use the "Cut" or "Copy" buttons on the taskbar, or right-click the file and choose the corresponding option. Navigate to the target directory, right-click, and select "Paste" to complete the move or copy operation. Alternatively, use the "Copy to" or "Move to" functions from the right-click menu and select the target directory.
2. Drag and Drop Operations Drag the selected file to the target folder. To copy the file, hold down the Ctrl key while dragging. To move the file, hold down the Shift key.
3. Shortcut Key Operations After selecting the file or folder, use Ctrl+C to copy and Ctrl+V to paste it in the target directory. Use Ctrl+X to cut the file and Ctrl+V to paste it.

4.3.4 Deleting Files and Folders
1. Delete Selected Files/Folders Select the file or folder to delete and choose "Delete". Several methods are available:
Shortcut Key: Press Delete on the keyboard.
Taskbar Icon: Click the "Delete" icon in the taskbar.
Right-Click Menu: Right-click on the file or folder and select "Delete" from the context menu.
2. Deletion Process Files deleted from your own account are moved to the Recycle Bin. Files shared by others will have their sharing terminated and will be moved to the Recycle Bin. To permanently delete files, you must remove them from the Recycle Bin.
