The system will guide you through three automatic face captures from slightly different angles.
Ensure your full face is visible, without obstructions like glasses or masks.

Tip: Sit still and follow on-screen prompts for best results.

2.3.2 Voice Registration

Once facial data is captured, continue with voice authentication:

A paragraph will appear on the screen.
Read the paragraph aloud, clearly and at a steady pace.
The system will record your voice for authentication purposes.

Important Notice: Kindly ensure that the recording is clear and audible, with minimum background noise for optimal accuracy.

2.3.3 Registration Complete

Upon successful completion:

Your biometric profile will be securely stored.
You can now log in using your face and voice, ensuring fast and secure access no password needed.

Your privacy matters: All biometric data is encrypted and stored under strict security protocols.

2.3.4 Biometric Login

To provide a highly secure and frictionless authentication experience, Dots incorporates an advanced Biometric login that combines both Facial Recognition and Voice Recognition technologies.

Facial Recognition

Upon selecting the biometric login option, the system initiates facial recognition by activating the device's camera. The user is prompted to position their face within the frame for accurate scanning. This process uses advanced image processing to verify the user’s identity against the stored facial data. The verification is fast and secure and ensures that only authorized individuals can proceed to the next stage of login.

Note: If you're experiencing issues with biometric login (face or voice recognition), you can easily switch to traditional login by selecting “Login with Credentials” to sign in using your username and password.
